Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve deli sandwiches and sides according to recipes and presentation standards
• Set up and maintain a fully stocked and visually appealing deli station with fresh toppings, meats, cheeses, and breads
• Engage with customers in a friendly and respectful manner, providing fast, accurate, and courteous service
• Maintain a safe and clean work area, adhering to all sanitation and cleanliness protocols
• Support teammates with daily food prep, catering orders, and cleaning tasks as needed
• Follow basic food handling guidelines and all departmental SOPs consistently
• Practice "clean-as-you-go" habits to maintain hygiene throughout the shift
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, and end-of-day breakdowns
• Monitor food freshness and restock as needed while minimizing waste
• Comply with local, state, and federal food safety and workplace safety standards
• Participate in team huddles, communicate effectively with leadership, and maintain a positive attitude
