Qualifications

• Clear communication when taking orders in person or by phone.
• Experience preparing deli products, including slicing and portioning.
• Knowledge of deli meats, cheeses, prepared foods, and hot case items.
• Accuracy in portioning, labeling, pricing, and order completion.
• Managing displays and workflow to maintain speed of service.
• Keeping display cases stocked, clean, and visually consistent.
• Processing transactions with accurate change.
• Following food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing demands.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities
