You will slice meats, assemble grab-and-go options, and ensure products are labeled and priced accurately. You will also stock displays and maintain freshness in a fast-paced environment from morning through evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer interaction: clear communication when taking orders in person or by phone.
• Food preparation: slicing, assembling, and portioning deli items.
• Product knowledge: deli meats, cheeses, prepared foods, hot case items.
• Attention to detail: accurate portioning, labeling, pricing, and order completion.
• Organization & time management: manage multiple tasks with workflow.
• Merchandising: keep display cases stocked, clean, visually consistent.
• Cash handling: process transactions and give correct change.
• Food safety & sanitation: follow guidelines and company procedures.
• Adaptability: thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing demand.
• Physical stamina: stand for long periods, lift up to 35 lbs, work in varying temps.
