Job summary

Gourmet Gang, the deli division of Trolley Hospitality Companies, is hiring at the Bonney Rd location in Virginia Beach for a part-time team member. You will assist customers, help with food prep, and operate the cash register in a fast-paced deli setting.

The schedule is Monday through Friday 9:00am to 2:00pm with no weekends. Base pay starts at $14/hour with a tip pool that averages $15–$18/hour, plus benefits for part-time staff as described.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in a food service setting.
• Food prep experience.
• Experience operating a cash register.
• Able to follow directions and work independently.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

What You Bring to the Table:

• Customer service experience, preferably in a food service setting

The Good Stuff:

• Base pay 14/hr with tip pool guaranteed to average at least $15/hr (currently, base pay with tip pool averages between $15-$18/hr)
