Job summary

Down the Street Eats is seeking an Assistant Manager to help maintain high restaurant standards and support the General Manager in staff development and daily operations. You will drive operational excellence and consistently deliver top-tier customer service across our Winter Park locations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, training, and adherence to health, safety, and company policies, with opportunities to impact service quality and guest experience daily.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication abilities with a focus on customer service.
• Experience in supervision or management is required; familiarity with POS systems is essential.

Down the Street Eats is a restaurant group based in and around Winter Park, Colorado. We believe in having great food and great service at all of our locations. This includes all of our awesome full service locations in Grand County, CO.

We just have one problem: our restaurant is booming with business! We want to be known as the best restaurants in Grand County, CO.

This is where you come in. As Assistant Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining our high standard of restaurant operations. You will be providing support to the General Manager in developing staff potential, driving operational excellence, and consistently delivering top-tier customer service.

Skills Needed to Win:

• In addition to having excellent organizational abilities, an eye for detail, and the capacity for effective communication, candidates must be highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven.
• Fundamental math calculations are necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively handle several priorities in a hectic setting.
• Respect and uphold business policies, procedures, and compliance-related matters; keep confidential information secure.
• Must be tech savvy and proficient in handling POS and other related software.
• Demonstrable experience in developing team members and providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to promote culture and principles while managing with knowledge, honesty, and integrity.
• More than one year of management and/or supervisory experience.
• Observe and uphold the regulations set forth in the Health Code.
