• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Assist Deli Department Manager with all functions of operating the deli department.
• Supervise and direct staff when in charge, including workload, training and evaluations.
• Assist with slicing, weighing, packaging and labeling of deli items for guests.
• Maintain accurate records, inventory, and control of freshness by rotating/removing out-of-date merchandise.
• Provide excellent guest service and support employee relations and expenses control.
