You will assist with slicing, weighing, packaging and labeling, while ensuring accuracy in recordkeeping, inventory, and shrink control.

This role involves directing staff, counseling, training, performance evaluations, and supervision to maintain a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist Deli Department Manager in all deli operations and guest service at the deli counter.
• Slice, weigh, package and label deli items for guests as needed.
• Perform accurate recordkeeping, inventory, shrink control, and rotate stock to remove out-of-date merchandise.
