Job summary

Lassens Ventura is seeking a Deli Assistant Manager to support the Deli Manager and ensure smooth operations across all shifts. You will act as the frontline authority on Lassens products and guide the Deli Team with enthusiasm, accountability and a customer-first mindset.

You will help drive labor efficiency, sales growth and gross margins while delivering friendly service. The role is full-time, based in Ventura, CA, with benefits including 11+ days of paid time off, health coverage options
