Job summary

Lassens Natural Foods & Vitamins in Ventura, CA is seeking a Deli Assistant Manager to support the Deli Manager and ensure smooth operations even when the Manager is not present.

You will lead the Deli Team with a passion for Lassens products, develop Team Members, and strive to meet labor, sales growth, and gross margin targets.
