Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Interest in trial practice including complex civil cases and IP-related disputes.
• Experience in high-level legal research, analysis, and writing.
• Willingness to sit for the Delaware Bar if not already admitted.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts.
• Work closely with litigation teams on cases involving national and regional clients.
• Draft and argue motions, prepare pleadings, and manage all stages of litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft detailed legal memoranda.
• Participate in depositions, discovery, and pre-trial strategy sessions.
• Support trial preparation and court appearances as needed.
• Analyze legal issues involving intellectual property, corporate disputes, and commercial claims.
