Louis Vuitton Americas seeks a curious, motivated Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Corporate Social Responsibility Intern for Fall 2026 in New York City. You will support DEI and CSR initiatives, coordinate educational sessions, create communications material, and track metrics to drive impact.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and building practical skills in program coordination and internal communications within a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field.
• Able and willing to work at the assigned location (New York City).
• Willing to commit to a full-time basis for up to 37.5 hours per week from September 2026 to December 2026.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating DEI-focused educational sessions, discussions, events, and programs.
• Help develop communication materials to promote internal DEI efforts.
• Support maintenance of internal DE&I communication platforms or sites.
• Assist CSR activities and environmental initiatives including Green Team projects.
• Coordinate the annual CSR report and support responsible sourcing initiatives.
• Collect and analyze metrics to track DEI & CSR program success.
