Job summary

Horizon Media in New York, NY, seeks a DEI & Belonging Partner for Cultural Experience & Employee Impact to advance our Agency of Belonging. You will lead internal employee programs and coordinate across New York, Los Angeles, and Toronto offices.

You will own Heritage Months, events, and partnerships, working with Events, Facilities, and Communications to amplify Horizon’s DEI strategy and drive meaningful employee impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years in DEIB, HR, event coordination, or program management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record in planning and executing large-scale events.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end cultural program planning and execution across Heritage Months and holidays.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Events, Facilities, Communications) for successful delivery.
• Write and manage communications for cultural events across internal channels.
• Manage external partnerships, vendors, and sponsors for events.
• Coordinate cross-office programming across New York, Los Angeles, and Toronto offices.
