Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
• Master's degree in related area or equivalent experience/training.
• 6 - 10 years of related experience.
• Project management experience.
• Experience supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within a higher education environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the Vice Chancellor’s office and coordinate the unit’s operations.
• Advise the VC DEI on controversial issues, problems, and policy impacts and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate strategic business priorities and ensure organizational goals are met.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
