As a Social Worker, you will be a part of our social services department as well as developing and implementing programs to meet the emotional, social, and recreational needs of our residents. You will also collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to identify and address the needs of our residents, as well as ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Develop and implement programs to meet the emotional, social, and recreational needs of our residents
Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide counseling services to residents
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to identify and address the needs of our residents
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Develop and manage department budgets and resources
Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and service providers
Monitor and improve department operations to ensure high-quality services
Master's degree in social work (MSW) Bachelor's in social work (BSW) or related field; LCSW or LMSW certification required
2+ years of experience in social services, preferably in a senior care setting
Proven leadership and management experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
