Job summary

Miller Electric Mfg. LLC is seeking a Degreed Tester to perform final tests for PSD products and to work cooperatively in a team environment. The role requires following procedures, high voltage testing, troubleshooting, and training teammates to uphold quality and on-time delivery.

The candidate should be capable of learning ITW operating principles, read schematics, interpret BOMs, and demonstrate leadership. Overtime and flexible shifts may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate degree in Electromechanical, Electronics Technology, Automotive Technology, or related field.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of engine drive products and the ability to read and understand circuit and wiring diagrams; basic electricity; good mechanical aptitude is preferred.
• Must have basic computer skills and be able to interpret schematics, bill of material and layout drawings.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude; demonstrates leadership; team-oriented with focus on on-time delivery; cross-training in manufacturing required.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts during peak production and overtime (12 hrs/day and/or weekends).

Responsibilities

• Perform final tests and high voltage tests for all PSD products.
• Follow written procedures and troubleshoot issues; solve problems.
• Train others and support ITW operating principles in manufacturing.
• Order materials/parts as needed and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain quality and customer-focused work standards.
