Ashley Furniture is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to maintain and repair electromechanical drives, sensors and automated machinery in our Arcadia, WI facility. You will work with maintenance and engineering to install and evaluate electromechanical systems that support the manufacturing process.

Candidates should be experienced with CNC equipment, PLCs, motor controls, and electrical systems, including three-phase power and various voltages.

Qualificações

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment, PLCs, motor controls, and mechanical assemblies.
• Program PLCs and HMIs; familiarity with PC-based control systems is a plus.
• Work with three-phase power and various control voltages.

What Will You Do?

Electromechanical Technicians maintain and repair electromechanical drives, sensors and automated machinery while working with maintenance and engineers to install and evaluate electromechanical systems to support the manufacturing process.

What Do You Need?

• Knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment, PLCs, motor controls and mechanical assemblies
• Knowledge of with troubleshooting and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment, PLCs, motor controls and mechanical assemblies
• Knowledge of programming PLC's, HMI's as well as PC based systems a plus
• Knowledge of working with three phase power as well as a variety of different control voltages a must.
• Ability to use all shop tools
• Ability to use all testing and measuring equipment and tools required to maintain or repair electromechanical control systems
