Ashley Furniture is seeking a Degreed Electro‑Mechanical Technician to join our Manufacturing Maintenance team in Arcadia, WI. You will maintain and repair electromechanical drives, sensors, and automated machinery to keep our production lines running at peak performance.

As part of a collaborative team, you will install and evaluate electromechanical systems, troubleshoot CNC equipment and PLCs, and ensure safe operations with three‑phase power and multiple control voltages.

Qualificações

• Degree or certification in electro-mechanical technology, industrial maintenance, or related field.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing CNC equipment, PLCs, motor controls, and mechanical assemblies.
• Knowledge of three‑phase power and various control voltages.
• Ability to use all shop tools, testing, and measuring equipment required for electro‑mechanical systems.
• Strong analytical abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience with programming PLCs, HMIs, and PC‑based systems.

Responsabilidades
