Ashley Furniture's Distribution Center in Arcadia, WI is seeking a Power Industrial Vehicle (PIV) Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on PIV equipment to keep operations running smoothly. You will manage maintenance tasks, work with supervisors, order supplies, and uphold safety and quality standards.

A 2-year degree in electrical-mechanical or related field and PIV maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in electrical-mechanical or similar focus is preferred.
• Prior experience with PIV maintenance.
• Well-rounded electrical and mechanical background.
• Electrical experience including repairs of broken wires, fatigues switches, etc.
• Knowledge of working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to use all shop tools, and testing and measuring equipment.
• Ability to run an electric meter.

Responsibilities

Power Industrial Vehicle (PIV) Maintenance Technician

The PIV Maintenance Technician will provide preventive maintenance in support of department and company goals. This position will conduct preventive maintenance processes and procedures while providing the necessary technical expertise that achieves and increasingly affecting operation.
