Job summary

Ashley Furniture Industries seeks an Electro Mechanical Technician to maintain and repair electromechanical drives, sensors, and automated machinery across the manufacturing line.

You will work with maintenance and engineers to install and evaluate electromechanical systems supporting production, ensuring reliability and uptime. Prior experience with CNC equipment and PLCs is preferred, along with strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment, PLCs, motor controls and mechanical assemblies.
• Knowledge of programming PLCs and HMIs is a plus.
• Ability to work with three-phase power and various control voltages.

What Will You Do?

Electromechanical Technicians maintain and repair electromechanical drives, sensors and automated machinery while working with maintenance and engineers to install and evaluate electromechanical systems to support the manufacturing process.

What Do You Need?

• Knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment, PLCs, motor controls and mechanical assemblies
• Knowledge of with troubleshooting and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment, PLCs, motor controls and mechanical assemblies
• Knowledge of programming PLC’s, HMI’s as well as PC based systems a plus
• Knowledge of working with three phase power as well as a variety of different control voltages a must.
• Ability to use all shop tools
• Ability to use all testing and measuring equipment and tools required to maintain or repair electromechanical control systems
