Job summary

The Planet Group is seeking a Temporary Senior Program Coordinator to support degree audit and student information systems. This role emphasizes accurate data entry, system updates, and documentation to ensure Degree Progress Reports reflect current requirements.

You will assist with testing, maintenance, data validation, and routine project tasks under supervision, collaborating with staff in remote or hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, maintenance, testing, and daily operations of degree audit and student information systems.
• Enter and update academic requirements, advising rules, and other system data.
• Perform high-volume data entry and system record updates with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Review and validate degree audit data, academic requirements, course applicability, and student records.
• Research and resolve data discrepancies or escape issues when needed.
• Maintain project documentation, tracking tools, and electronic files.
• Support testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Complete routine operational and project tasks under the direction of senior functional staff.
