Michigan State University College of Engineering is seeking a Campus Solutions Degree Audit Specialist who will configure, maintain, and enhance the Degree Audit module, translating curriculum into system logic and ensuring that degree audits accurately reflect academic requirements.

As the Campus Solutions Degree Audit Specialist, you will serve as the functional expert responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the Campus Solutions Degree Audit module. You will translate curriculum approved through university governance into system logic, ensure degree audits accurately reflect academic requirements, develop reports that support decision‑making, and collaborate with campus partners to continuously improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the university's degree audit system.
This role blends analytical thinking, technical configuration, collaboration, quality assurance, and customer support. You will work closely with academic units, the Office of the Registrar, Information Technology, and other campus partners to ensure Campus Solutions Degree Audit remains accurate, efficient, and aligned with university policy.

Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree in business, management information systems, or related field; one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in the business functional area and/or enterprise software development and/or testing; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Most staff in the Office of the Registrar work a hybrid schedule, coming into the office at least two days a week. This position can be fully remote from anywhere within the United States.
