Job summary

Michigan State University College of Engineering is seeking a Campus Solutions Degree Audit Specialist who will configure, maintain, and enhance the Degree Audit module, translating curriculum into system logic and ensuring that degree audits accurately reflect academic requirements.

You will develop reports to support decision-making, validate updates, and collaborate with the Office of the Registrar, Information Technology, and campus partners to continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring or supporting Campus Solutions Degree Audit or similar enterprise audit systems.
• Ability to translate curriculum and policies into system functionality.
• Experience with PeopleSoft testing and updates (PUM).
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and enhance the Campus Solutions Degree Audit module for undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Translate curriculum policies into accurate system logic and requirements.
• Develop reports monitoring audit accuracy and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Registrar, IT, and academic units to improve accuracy.
