Job summary

Arrow Finishing, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician for the Degrease process to process customer parts per requirements while maintaining quality inspections and meeting production rate goals.

The role emphasizes safety, quality control, and adherence to procedures in a production environment, with shift hours 3:00pm–1:00am Monday through Thursday and opportunities to contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; basic safety and process knowledge.
• Citizen of the United States or holder of a current Green Card.
• General knowledge of CP terminology.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure safety and quality.
• General computer skills and ability to use basic programs.
• Ability to balance workload and stay organized.
• Ability to read and understand processes, procedures, and instructions.
• Ability to work with others respectfully and professionally.
• Dependable and punctual, able to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality and customer satisfaction standards are met or exceeded.
• Continuously monitor passivation steps for quality of parts.
• Responsible for start-up of degrease jobs.
• Communicate with department technicians to share needed information.
• Notify Chemical Process Manager of any maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper storage of equipment.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Work 3:00pm to 1:00am Monday through Thursday.
