Job summary

Arrow Finishing is seeking a Production Technician for the degrease process. You will process customer parts per requirements while ensuring quality inspections and meeting production rate targets.

Key duties include monitoring passivation steps, starting degrease jobs, coordinating with teammates, maintaining a clean area, and completing required paperwork. Shift is 3:00pm–1:30am, Monday–Thursday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure safety and quality.
• Ability to read and understand processes, procedures, and instructions.
• Ability to work and collaborate with others respectfully and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards are met or exceeded.
• Continuously monitor passivation process for quality of parts.
• Start-up degrease jobs and communicate gaps to the Chemical Process Manager.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper storage of equipment.
• Complete required paperwork and keep LMS trainings up to date.
• Follow safety procedures including PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, respirators.
• Work 3:00pm to 1:00am, Monday through Thursday.
