Job summary

Arrow Finishing, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician to perform Dry Film Lubricant (DFL) and Cerakote painting according to work orders, while meeting safety standards and required production rates.

You will review job requirements, mix paints per specs, manage inventory, set up curing ovens, inspect painted parts, perform prep work, and operate spray equipment to ensure quality coating and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have a valid Green Card.
• Experience as painter/applicator in DFL, Cerakote or powder coating.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions.
• Shift requires 3:00pm–1:30am, Mon–Thu.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders and paint specifications to understand job requirements.
• Obtain and mix paint ingredients per specifications to assure proper viscosity.
• Assist in managing paint inventory and tracking usage.
• Set up and operate oven to cure parts after painting.
• Transport parts to the paint booth or prep area.
• Inspect parts to ensure they are clean and conform to specs.
• Assemble/disassemble painting equipment and maintain it.
• Perform prep work: racking, hanging, masking of parts.
• Spray units by hand and adjust spray guns for proper coating.
• Maintain paint booth: replace filters and lights as needed.
• Other duties as assigned based on business need.
• Must be able to work 3:00pm to 1:30am Monday through Thursday.
