Job summary

Fidelity seeks a Defined Benefit Configuration Analyst in Workplace Investing. The role blends Defined Benefit domain knowledge with technology to set up and maintain new corporate clients on Fidelity’s administration platforms.

You will work with Business Analysts, Product Consultants, and Technology partners to deliver an exceptional client and participant experience. You will join the Defined Benefits Operations team, providing system setup support across multiple project teams and handling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and HR outsourcing experience (Defined Benefit experience a plus).
• Experience working with large teams on very complex projects.
• Analytical, consultative, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of relationship management, benefits administration, business processes, and record-keeping.
• Business and technical analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external groups across organizations.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office suite of products, including Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
• Strong knowledge of data structures and query languages.
• Strong knowledge of XML, HTML, JSON and other web-application languages.
• Experience with GitHub, SDL Tridion, SQL Server, Jenkins/CloudBees, and JIRA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain new Defined Benefit corporate clients on Fidelity’s Defined Benefit administration platforms.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Consultants, and Technology partners as part of a project team to ensure an exceptional experience for clients and participants.
• Provide system setup support as a member of multiple project teams as well as day-to-day maintenance requests.
