Job summary

Fidelity Investments seeks a Defined Benefit Configuration Analyst to help set up and maintain new Defined Benefit clients on Fidelity’s administration platforms. You will work with Business Analysts, Product Consultants, and Technology partners to deliver an exceptional client experience.

The role requires strong analytical and technical skills, familiarity with VBA and data languages, and the ability to collaborate across large teams on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and experience in HR outsourcing (Defined Benefit a plus).
• Experience working with large teams on very complex projects.
• Analytical, consultative and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of relationship management, benefits administration, business processes and record-keeping.
• Business and technical analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external groups across organizations.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office suite, including VBA.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and query languages.
• Strong knowledge of XML, HTML, JSON and other web-application languages.
• Experience with GitHub, SDL Tridion, SQL Server, Jenkins/CloudBees and JIRA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain new Defined Benefit corporate clients on Fidelity’s administration platforms.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Consultants, and Technology partners on project teams.
• Provide day-to-day maintenance requests and system support.
