Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst to support USSF in developing and deploying defensive cyber capabilities for SSC and CFC. You will lead small, matrixed teams and coordinate with mission system owners to deploy capabilities on tight schedules.

The role requires strong communication, results delivery, and travel to CONUS/OCONUS sites. Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience with MA/MS; 18+ years with BA/BS

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and understand technical documentation/baselines for capabilities and mission systems.
• Communicate basic technical understanding and business case to mission system owners and internal leadership.
• Lead teams on capability deployments, may include travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites.
• Determine and report metrics to promote efficiency and continuous process improvement to deliver capabilities faster.
