Job summary

Mission Support and Test Services, LLC (MSTS) in Santa Barbara, CA seeks a Manager II to oversee the cyber-physical defense portfolio at STL, applying advanced data science to complex NNSS-related problems. You will manage facilities and staff, coordinate budgets, schedules, and technical performance, ensuring project success.

The role requires extensive experience in cyber-physical systems, C2 integration, and security compliance, with a DOE/NNSA background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience; minimum 14 years of related and progressively responsible experience.
• Prior experience as technical project lead on NNSS projects preferred.
• Technical experience in cyber-physical systems, C2 software integration, RF communications, hardware/software testing and validation, AWS GovCloud architecture and maintenance, NIST 800-53 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct all programmatic phases for cyber-physical defense projects.
• Provide expert guidance to staff on NNSS resources and projects.
• Plan budget, execution, and resource allocation with peers and Project Managers.
