Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-13 in the Federal service.
• Experience developing long-range program goals, plans and objectives.
• Specialized engineering/scientific judgment on nuclear and conventional weapons effects related to C4I and WMD facilities.
• Scientific and technical research in seismic, acoustic, electromagnetic, multi-spectral and hyper-spectral domains for battle damage assessment of C4I/WMD facilities.
• Managing scientific research and analysis to identify and quantify foreign system vulnerabilities.
• Using US intelligence systems to develop and execute national collection strategy for identification, characterization, targeting and BDA of C4I/WMD facilities.

Education

Engineering degree ABET-accredited program

FE examination or licensure (PE)

60 semester hours in physical/engineering sciences
