Job summary

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control seeks a Test Technician to recertify fielded systems and test new hardware using automated equipment. You will troubleshoot issues across guided missiles and military hardware and collaborate with production and engineering to resolve problems.

Eligible candidates must have a technical associate degree or equivalent experience, high school diploma, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Technical associate degree or demonstrated ability to perform technical/para-engineering tasks with 1 year of experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Test and validate products using automated pre-configured test equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across missiles, vehicles, and launch containers.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety protocols and drive quality improvements.
