Job summary

T-Rex Solutions, LLC seeks a qualified Test Specialist to support the DISA JITC TEC II program. The role focuses on integration and functional testing, file validation, and customer support within an agile team.

A foundation in networking and Linux, along with strong problem-solving, enables efficient test environment setup and issue resolution. The candidate will interpret requirements, configure test channels, validate electronic transactions, and assist end users through testing cycles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional testing experience or a relevant Associate's degree.
• Active or Interim Secret clearance on hire date or ability to obtain.
• Experience writing test procedures and reviewing test data for hardware testing.
• Understanding of manual and automated test execution processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present complex issues clearly.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365; willingness to obtain specified certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Interpret requirements and create or adjust test configurations accordingly.
• Configure test connections between System and Partner interfaces for testing.
• Provide validation of electronic transactions and test configurations pre-implementation.
• Perform connection testing, file validation, track missing files, and offer test support.
• Communicate with end users to direct configuration, debugging, and testing of software.
• Answer calls and emails to solve problems and educate users professionally.
• Support test and evaluation events including planning and coordination.
