Job summary

T-Rex Solutions, LLC is seeking a qualified Test Specialist to support the DISA JITC TEC II program. The role focuses on integration and functional testing, file validation, and customer support within an agile team.

Strong networking and Linux troubleshooting skills will help ensure accurate, reliable test results. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of experience or an Associate's degree, plus an Active or Interim Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 2+ years of experience, or an associate's degree.
• Active or Interim Secret security clearance on hire date or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to write test procedures and review test data.
• General understanding of manual and automated test execution processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communications; ability to present complex issues clearly.
• Ability to collaborate with management, cross-functional teams, customers, and end-users.
• Proficiency using MS Office 365 suite.
• At least 1 certification in area of specialization or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Interpret requirements, specifications, and diagrams for testing, and create or adjust test configurations accordingly.
• Configure test connections to include channels and routes between System and Partner interfaces for Integration and Interoperability Testing.
• Provide technical assistance including validation of electronic transactions and test configurations prior to implementation.
• Provide connection testing and troubleshooting, file validation, track missing files, and test support.
• Communicate with end users and internal customers to help direct configuration, debugging, and testing of application software for accuracy, integrity, interoperability, and completeness.
• Answer incoming customer calls and emails to solve problems and educate users; maintain professionalism and positive rapport.
• Support test and evaluation events including test planning and coordination.
