Job summary

Qualifications

• ABET accredited BS degree in computer, electrical, mechanical, aerospace engineering or a relevant field with 4+ years of experience or a Master’s with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with defense or commercial test engineering practices and processes.
• Experience developing and executing hardware or software test plans and procedures.
• Hands-on experience with hardware, software, or system integration, troubleshooting and testing.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Occasional travel for test events (~4 weeks/year).
• Must work full-time in Huntsville, AL and be a U.S. citizen eligible for Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and execute test plans for development, qualification, and acceptance of hardware projects.
• Create, modify, and execute environmental testing on system and component level hardware.
• Complete verification and validation documentation and reports.
• Perform test data analysis and generate test reports.
• Debug software and/or hardware with various tools.
• Collaborate with customer and support personnel on responsibilities.
