Job summary
Miltope Corporation, part of ST Engineering North America Government, seeks a transformational President & General Manager to drive growth and operational excellence in defense technology and manufacturing. The CEO will operate under SSA/FOCI, serving DoD customers and prime contractors while upholding national-security compliance.
The role requires a seasoned defense executive with 10+ years of senior leadership, P&L ownership, and a proven track record of profitability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive senior-executive experience in defense/manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field; MBA preferred.
- Significant P&L ownership and leadership experience.
- Proven growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Ability to obtain/maintain a US security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute corporate growth strategies across defense and aerospace.
- Lead business development, capture, and strategic partnerships.
- Strengthen DoD and industry partner relationships.
- Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR, NISPOM, DFARS, ITAR/EAR and SSA requirements.
- Build and lead a high-performing executive team.
