• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive senior‑level executive experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Record of driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a US security clearance.
• Experience operating within a FOCI‑mitigated environment; SSA governance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth and expansion across defense, aerospace and related sectors.
• Lead business development, capture, and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure DoD and government/customer engagement with integrity and technical excellence.
• Oversee operations to achieve revenue, margin, cash flow, and ROI targets.
