Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline (Aero, Electrical or Mechanical).
• Strong understanding of test methods and data analysis principles.
• Experience with MATLAB, SciPy or similar tools for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans and testing strategies for advanced systems.
• Coordinate activities with test facilities and oversee test execution.
• Collect, reduce, analyze, and interpret test data; prepare technical reports.
• Investigate test-related issues and support root-cause analysis.
