Job summary

Amentum is seeking trained Defense Strategic Debriefing (DSDC) instructors to deliver HT-JCOE courses at Fort Huachuca, AZ. Training includes nights and weekend sessions as scheduled.

Instructors must demonstrate proficiency for all tasks and apply advanced instructional methods across platform, small group, and distance learning. You will support students during planning and performance-based exercises and assist in forming POIs and TSPs.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required; US citizenship to obtain clearance.
• Minimum four years of HUMINT collection experience with at least two years in strategic debriefing operations.
• New hires must have operational experience in strategic debriefing within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assess training for HT-JCOE courses; demonstrate proficiency in all evaluated tasks.
• Apply advanced instructional methods and adult learning models across platforms, small group, and online instruction.
• Provide research support to students during performance-based planning and preparation.
• Provide instructor surge support to meet increased throughput.
• Participate in instructor after course reviews and provide input during discussions.
• Assist Government in writing, reviewing, and updating Training Support Packages (TSP) and POIs.
• Prepare and maintain Lesson Plans, student handouts, instructor handouts, and job aids; ensure government ownership and restricted dissemination.
• Develop and administer government-approved tests and evaluation materials; perform grading analyses.
• Maintain training records for up to 52 students and ensure data integrity.
• Counsel students as required and maintain counseling records.
