Job summary

Amentum seeks Training Specialists to support HT-JCOE courses, including the Defense Strategic Debriefing Course (DSDC). You will apply advanced instructional methods, mentor students, and help prepare Training Support Packages and lesson plans.

Responsibilities include evaluating student performance, developing tests, and maintaining records while ensuring materials remain government property and properly stored per HT-JCOE SOPs.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance; US citizenship may be required to obtain a security clearance.
• Graduate of DSDC.
• Minimum four years of HUMINT collection experience with at least two years in strategic debriefing.
• Operational strategic debriefing experience within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Provide training instruction and mentorship across HT-JCOE courses, adapting to schedules including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Develop, review, and update Training Support Packages (TSPs) and related instructional materials.
• Assess student performance, implement remediation strategies, and document outcomes.
• Prepare and maintain classroom venues, training materials, and live environment scenarios.
• Prepare annual lesson reviews and upload documentation to designated government locations.
