Job summary

Torch Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Scheduler to assist the Air Dominance division in the 28th TES at Eglin AFB, FL.

The role involves coordinating complex test missions, scheduling resources, and collaborating with test engineers and aircrew to ensure mission success. The ideal candidate has a background in scheduling, strong teamwork, and the ability to work independently, with eligibility for a Secret level clearance.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 3–10 years scheduling experience or equivalent work experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows-based PCs and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and take responsibility for tasks.
• Active Security clearance (Secret) within five years and ability to access classified vaults.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduling support to the 28th TES using CSE software.
• Coordinate with base agencies to secure required resources for test missions.
• Attend scheduling meetings and propose solutions when government priorities shift.
• Provide scheduling inputs based on Wing requirements and test objectives.
• Coordinate resources and test assets to support Wing testing.
• Enter resources into CSE based on test plans and engineer inputs.
