Job summary

DoW seeks an experienced talent acquisition leader to manage day-to-day support for nationwide DoW clients, with emphasis on Hanscom AFB. You will align cross-functional teams to attract cleared technical talent for USAF-related roles, coordinate interviews, and report progress to leadership.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a proven ability to handle sensitive information, and strict adherence to security clearance procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience sourcing cleared civilian and military personnel or DoW personnel operations.
• Experience supporting DoW, U.S. Air Force or joint military organizations.
• Familiarity with military personnel processes, evaluations, security clearance and administrative workflows.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, communication, and task management skills.
• Experience handling sensitive personnel and operational information with discretion and professionalism.
