Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 4 years related inspection experience.
• 1+ year minimum inspection experience and SAP experience.
• Experience with quality inspection and electromechanical assembly.
• Drawing review experience (ISE/CADSTAR).
• Must obtain/maintain US government Confidential clearance and DoD Secret clearance.
• On-site work in Madison, AL.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process, sampling, First Article Inspections, and final inspection of LRUs and systems.
• Visually inspect electrical assemblies to specifications and standards.
• Use tooling and checklists to inspect sub-assemblies and systems.
• Interface with operations and engineering to improve processes and documentation.
• Support RCCA and contribute to continuous improvement metrics.
• Perform ISO audits as required and coordinate contract end item submissions.
