Job summary

Crossroadsstaffing is seeking a senior federal contracts professional to identify, source, and secure defense contracts. You will leverage SAM.gov, DLA DIBBS, and PIEE to source opportunities and manage competitive proposals end-to-end.

The role requires 10+ years handling U.S. Government contracts, thorough knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ITAR and cybersecurity standards (NIST SP 800-171, CMMC), and strong collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Federal Government contracts.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS requirements and flow-downs.
• Familiarity with SAM.gov, DLA DIBBS, PIEE, ITAR, NIST SP 800-171, and CMMC.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and secure new defense contracts.
• Lead end-to-end defense proposal process and gov portal submissions.
• Ensure compliance with DoD regs, ITAR, NIST SP 800-171, and CMMC.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and contract officers.
