Job summary

DEFTEC Corporation seeks a Project Programming Support Specialist to develop and manage facility project programming packages for USAF/USSF and other programs. You will gather requirements, produce PACES-based estimates, and prepare DD 1391s for approval through AFCEC tools.

The role requires 5+ years in DoD DoW programming or related project management, with strong engineering and analytical skills. You will support the Work Order Review Board, document actions in NexGen IT, and manage up to 15

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture and 5+ years of facility design or DoD/DoW project programming experience.
• Ability to produce PACES-based cost estimates and bases of estimate within project timelines.
• Experience documenting programming actions and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver programming products conforming to AFCEC business rules with reviews showing no noncompliance.
• Support project information meetings by providing timely data and updates.
• Complete programming actions for multiple project types per USAF/USSF rules and document in NexGen IT.
• Gather requirements from owners and engineers so programming packages reflect scope and mission needs.
• Produce PACES-based cost estimates and bases of estimate within 3–4 weeks.
