Job summary

Mission Technologies (HII-MT) seeks a Project Management Analyst at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH for a mid-level role requiring a Secret clearance. The ideal candidate will support testing activities, document requirements with technical staff, and coordinate with external organizations.

Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, and purchasing coordination, plus maintaining an organized filing system to meet mission deadlines. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Security Clearance, with enhanced security checks
• Experience with project management tools and external stakeholder coordination.
• Experience defining requirements and managing resources including subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee testing activities with internal and external teams.
• Manage calendars, meetings, and events; be primary contact for stakeholders.
• Document and track requirements; work with technical experts to define needs.
• Track spectrum frequency authorizations to ensure compliance with DoW/NTIA/FCC.
• Coordinate program purchasing to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Monitor budgets and cost control for material and labor.
• Maintain a comprehensive filing system and perform regular audits.
