Job summary

KBR is seeking an Operations Program Analyst to support PMA-265 F/A-18/EA-18G WSI IPT at NAVAIRSYSCOM, Patuxent River, MD. You will provide business, acquisition, program management, and day-to-day operations support in an in-office role with some tele-work flexibility.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, a BA/BS, and strong proficiency in MS Office 365 and acquisition systems to enable efficient IPT operations and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security clearance and US citizenship.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Journeyman level experience in related duties (3–10 years).
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and defense admin systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing, data drills and evaluations across the IPT.
• Capture action items, prepare briefs, status reports and RFIs.
• Support plans, budgets, schedules and program execution.
