Job summary

KBR is hiring an Operations Program Analyst to support PMA-265 at the Naval Air Systems Command in Patuxent River, MD. The role provides business, acquisition, program management, and day-to-day operations support to ensure timely execution.

The position requires a DoD security clearance, US citizenship, and a BA/BS or equivalent, with strong Office 365 and acquisitions systems skills. On-site work with potential limited telework and travel.

Qualifications

• Clearance: Active DoD Secret clearance and US citizen.
• Journeyman: 3–10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.
• BA/BS degree required; substitutions allowed as specified.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and with Acquisitions Management System and DTS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing requirements, data drills, and technical evaluations between leadership, departments, and partners.
• Capture action items and prepare program briefings, reports, and RFIs; track status and schedules across the IPT.
• Develop plans including budgets and schedules; make recommendations for program execution and out-year planning.
• Execute drills and tasks from outside organizations; coordinate responses through OPS and PMA Leadership.
• Analyze requirements, status, budgets, and schedules; support data management and change control processes.
