GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Program Manager with a Secret Clearance to lead a complex government contracting effort in McAlester, OK. The role directs multiple teams across locations and interfaces with government authorities on technical and program issues.

Responsibilities include briefing senior leadership, directing execution, and managing resources, schedules and budgets to meet contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Education as specified: MS/MA or BS/BA with substitution clause.
• Ten-plus years of engineering management experience including defense programs.
• Experience with DoD 5000-series policies and acquisition procedures.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide multiple teams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Act as overall lead, manager and administrator for contracted programs across multiple teams.
• Direct efforts of teams including contractors at multiple locations.
• Interface with Government program authorities on technical and program issues.
• Brief senior leadership on program status and milestones.
• Oversee resources, plan execution, and monitor progress of technical, maintenance and administrative work.
• Manage contract resources and controls for financial and administrative aspects.

Education

MS/MA in Business, Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science or related technical field

BS/BA with 4 extra years experience substituted for MS/MA

10+ years of relevant engineering management experience

6+ years in Defense acquisition

3+ years supervisory experience

Knowledge of DoD 5000 series requirements

Naval Aviation experience desirable

Ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance
