Job summary

Advanced Technology Leaders INC seeks a Program/Contract Manager for a full-time position at Ft. Huachuca, AZ. The role has full authority to act on contract matters, oversees all contract sections, and serves as the primary liaison with the government.

The candidate must hold a BA/BS with 5+ years (or AA/AS with 7+ years), IAT Level II and CE/OS certifications, PMP certification, and be eligible for US Secret clearance. Office-based with standard hours and after-hours emergency support.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 5+ years of experience.
• IAT Level II certification (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) and CE/OS certification.
• PMP certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and oversight of contract execution.
• Manage contract staffing, training, and performance to meet deliverables.
• Serve as primary point of contact with government representatives.
• Establish priorities, track performance metrics, and support training on new technologies.
• Oversee administrative, reporting, and compliance functions.
