Job summary

Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Program Manager with a Secret Clearance to lead a large dispersed team supporting DoD contracting programs. You will analyze business practices, coordinate distributed leads, and keep government leadership informed on functional support activities.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, an active Secret Clearance, and a Master’s degree (or 6 years’ relevant experience). DoD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Master's degree required, or 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience managing federal contracts with disbursed staff over 75 employees and 20 locations.
• Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships in federal contracting.
• Experience handling HR challenges including interviewing and hiring for a large, dispersed staff.
• DoD experience preferred.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Intermediate-level of proficiency in the use/application of Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing federal contract with disbursed staff over 75 employees and over 20 locations
• Experience developing and maintaining successful customer relationships in a federal contracting environment
• Experience with creating and sustaining a positive, highly motivated workforce
• Experience handling Human Resource challenges to include interviewing, hiring, and managing a large, disbursed staff
